SwiftKeepers began in 2025 when two younger freelancers wanted a clearer, simpler way to track every receipt — without chasing paperwork or losing evenings to bookkeeping. Our mission: make day-to-day finances so simple they practically run themselves.

Our story
I'm Nicolai, 28, based in Sweden.
My co-founder Tim and I met while studying IT together. Today he's in Thailand and I'm in Sweden — but we run SwiftKeepers together. We're still the same two people who started freelancing and ran into the same problem fast:
Keeping track of receipts and expenses was way harder than it should be.
Spreadsheets got messy. Receipts got lost. And every month ended the same way — trying to piece together where the money actually went. So in 2025, we stopped complaining and started building. That frustration became SwiftKeepers — the tool we wish we had from day one.
Now we're building SwiftKeepers for freelancers and businesses everywhere, with one simple goal:
Less admin. More clarity. Finances that finally make sense.

Where it started
Two younger freelancers set out to get a simpler grip on every receipt and day-to-day finances — without the spreadsheet grind. SwiftKeepers was born from that goal.
Building the product
We turned our own needs into a prototype, then shaped it with feedback from other freelancers and small business owners.
Today
SwiftKeepers is on the App Store and Google Play. We keep shipping improvements and growing with freelancers who want finances to feel lighter.
